Second Arrest for 32 Below Break-In

A second arrest has been made in connection with a burglary at a Strasburg establishment.

Shelby County State's Attorney Nichole Kroncke said 41-year-old Teejay Foltz of Laplace, Illinois was charged with one count of burglary and one count of criminal damage to property. Kroncke said Foltz is accused of illegally entering 32 Below in Strasburg and damaging gaming machines

Bond for Foltz is set at $150,000. He is due in court on May 23 for a preliminary hearing.

The case was investigated by the Shelby County Sheriff's Office.
