Arrest Made in Strasburg Break-In Case

A Strasburg woman has been arrested in connection with a break-in to a Strasburg business.

Shelby County State's Attorney Nichole Kroncke said 25-year-old Jessica L. Brown was arrested Wednesday on charges of Burglary and Criminal Damage to Property. Kroncke said Brown is charged with illegally entering the establishment known as 32 Below in Strasburg to commit a theft. Brown is also charged with damaging gaming machines located in the establishment.

The Burglary charge carries a possible sentence of up to three to seven years in prison.

Brown's bond was set at $50,000. She is next due in court on May 16 for a preliminary hearing.
