Steppe, Ryan Among Award Winners at Chamber Banquet

Congratulations to the award winners at Saturday night's 2022 Effingham County Chamber of Commerce Gala.

Mark Steppe of Effingham was named Citizen of the Year for his work with local youth, while Tom Ryan was named Volunteer of the Year for his efforts on behalf of the new park at Lake Sara. The awards are presented by the Effingham Daily News and the Effingham/Teutopolis News Report.

Steve Will was named the Chamber Ambassador of the Year. StangARTS and Washington Savings Bank had previously been announced as the annual Excellence in Business award winners.
