Sewer improvements at three different areas inside and outside Teutopolis were discussed by the village board Wednesday night.

The projects could be undertaken if the board is successful in obtaining a grant to help pay for the work. The grant would finance the installation of the sewer systems, while the Village would pay for the engineering work.

The Board also discussed relocating some electric poles along Oak Street south of Main Street by Teutopolis Grade School. The work would widen travel along the street. Village officials are talking with AmerenIllinois as to the feasibility of the project.

Board members also released any claim on a lot owned by Adam and Amy Goeckner in Prairie View Estates.
