Teutopolis village board members continue to work on possible covenant revisions related to Prairie View Subidivision.

The revisions could include allowing portable sheds in the subdivision, but with certain guidelines. Another meeting of the village board's architecture committee is planned on Wednesday, December 1, just ahead of the next village board meeting.

Once the guidelines are finalized, it would take a vote of at least 70% of the homeowners in Prairie View to agree to the changes in the covenant for it to be approved. The Village Board would be a part of the vote, as the village still owns most of the undeveloped lots in the subdivision.

Board members voted to approve no parking along State Street from Pearl to John Streets, both sides of the street, and also paid for concrete work performed on Harvester Street.

The Board reimbursed the $1,000 bond posted by the owners of Lot 18 in Prairie View, and also met in closed session regarding certain village employees, but no open session action was taken.
