*UPDATE* Armed and Dangerous Subject Sought in Jasper County

The Jasper County Sheriff's Department has informed the public that the the fugitive has been apprehended. 

The Jasper County Sheriff's Department is currently in search of an armed and dangerous subject.

At 8:45 this morning messages were sent from the Jasper County Sheriff's Office. 

One message read "Attention Willow Hill area residents... the Jasper County Sheriff's dept is actively pursuing an armed subject in this area. Please lock your doors and stay inside. Subject is armed and dangerous. Call 9-1-1 if you see the subject near you. Wearing red shirt and gray sweat pants.

Another message stated "All county residents be advised that the armed and dangerous subject is on the move, no direction of travel available. Lock doors and be alert to any strangers in your area."
