Veterans Day 2021 Ceremony Held

Josh Layton was the guest speaker at the Veterans Day observance.

The 2021 Effingham Veterans Day observance was held this morning at the Effingham County Courthouse Museum.

Effingham American Legion Post #120 hosted the event and Bill Copple gave the welcome. Cornerstone Christian Church Pastor Jim Nash offered the invocation and delivered the Benediction. During the flag raising, Pat and Julie Zuber sang.

The guest speaker was Veterans Service Officer Josh Layton of the Illinois Department of Veterans Affairs.
