Cloudy and Blustery Day, But Still a Good Halloween Parade

The sunshine was brief in its appearance, leaving cloudy and blustery conditions for the 2021 Effingham Halloween Parade.

The procession was still a hit with big crowds turning out to watch. The parade is sponsored annually by the Effingham Sunrise Rotary Club.
