Injury Crash at Keller and Heritage Wednesday

Details are in on a Wednesday crash in Effingham at the intersection of Keller Drive and Heritage Drive.

The crash happened just before 4:30pm when a vehicle driven by 35-year-old Kevin Kinkelaar of Effingham rear-ended a vehicle driven by 51-year-old Rebecca Evans of Brownstown, causing Evans' vehicle to rear-end a vehicle driven by 38-year-old Elizabeth Latta of Terre Haute, IN. 

Evans was injured and was transported by ambulance to HSHS St. Anthony's Memorial Hospital in Effingham.

Kinkelaar was cited for failure to reduce speed to avoid the crash.
