Congratulations to Kinley Will, the 2021 Effingham County Fair Junior Miss.

Kinley was crowned out of more than 20 contestants in Sunday night's Junior Miss Pageant that closed out a busy day at the fairgrounds.

Kinley succeeds 2020 Junior Miss Joni Beckman.
