Special Auction Tuesday at Fayette Fair in Memory of Holly Lidy

The Fayette County Fair is underway in Brownstown.

Dave Lidy joins RFD's Rita Frazer to discuss the Fayette County 4-H livestock auction taking place July 13 that will feature a special sale at the end -- a red steer in honor of Lidy's daughter, Holly.

Holly, a seven-year member of Shafter Friends 4-H Club, passed away in a November 2019 car accident. Her family has taken the best care of "Holly's steer" the past 16 months in preparation for the fair. Listen as Lidy shares how the agriculture community is coming together to honor Holly and raise funds for the Fayette County 4-H and Holly's Mountain Scholarship Fund...

The Fayette County Fair runs through Wednesday in Brownstown.
