Details Released by City Police on July 2 Crash

Effingham city police Friday released details on a July 2 crash south of the intersection of Banker Street and Frederic Avenue.
The crash happened at 11:15am when a vehicle driven by 36-year-old Martina Guerrero-Torres of Effingham sideswiped a motorcycle operated by 43-year-old Christopher Moschenrose of Effingham.
Moschenrose, as well as a passenger on the motorcycle, 29-year-old Jamie Gosnell of Effingham, were injured and were transported by ambulance to HSHS St. Anthony's Memorial Hospital in Effingham.
Guerrero-Torres was cited for driving while her license is suspended, operating a motor vehicle with revoked registration, improper lane usage, and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
