Vehicle on Fire Delaying Traffic on I-57 Southbound at Neoga

A vehicle on fire was delaying southbound traffic on I-57 at the Neoga interchange as of 3pm.

The incident occurred north of the interchange, meaning you can't exit at Neoga. The best choice for southbound traffic still at Mattoon or farther north is to exit the interstate at the Lake Land interchange and take US Route 45 south to Effingham, where you can get back onto the interstate.
