Rotarians Travel to Costa Rica

Members of the Effingham Noon Rotary Club traveled to Costa Rica during their meeting on June 2.

Rotarian Monte Bartels and his wife Shirley operate a ministry in the Central American nation, providing food and job skills training. The Bartels have ministered in Costa Rica for more than 15 years.
