Unit 40 Board Decides Several Personnel Matters Thursday

The Effingham Unit 40 Board of Education Thursday took action on a number of personnel items.

The Board hired Amanda Roberts as an elementary teacher at South Side for the coming year, hired Kadi Borries as an elementary teacher at Central for the coming school year, hired Kori Faber as a cafeteria monitor at Central, and hired Nichole Greer as guidance counselor at Effingham Junior High School.

The Board approved a transfer of Micaela Chrappa to an Early Childhood Preschool teaching position for the coming school year.

Resignations were accepted from Megan Faber as a three-hour cook, and from Jennifer Springer as a secretary at South Side School.

Leaves were granted for Dana Flowers and for Lisa Orsborn.
