Prison Terms Given in Two Fayette County Cases

Prison terms were handed out in two criminal cases in Fayette County Circuit Court.

22-year-old Noah Kozak of Vandalia was sentenced to a year in prison, followed by one year mandatory supervised release by Judge Marc Kelly. Kozak was sentenced on a felony count of criminal damage to government-supported property.

Greenville resident Daniel Haberer was sentenced on counts of unlawful possession of weapons by a felon and unlawful possession of methamphetamine. Judge Martin Siemer sentenced Haberer to two years in prison.
