36 New Positive COVID Cases Tuesday

The Effingham County Health Department Tuesday reported 36 new positive cases of coronavirus disease in the county.

Here's the breakdown of cases:

MALES--one under age 10, one in his teens, four in their 20s, one in his 40s, five in their 50s, one in his 60s, two in their 70s, and one in his 80s

FEMALES--one in her teens, three in their 20s, one in her 30s, three in their 40s, six in their 50s, two in their 60s, three in their 70s, and one in her 80s.

Illinois Region 6 test positivity seven-day rolling average is 9% through December 19, and Effingham County is 13.7% for the same period.
