Effingham Circle of Care

A people-helping project is getting underway called Effingham Circle of Care. The organizers say it's an effort to share love in practical ways in the Effingham area.

This year's pandemic has had a huge impact on the Effingham community. As individuals are affected by COVID-19, organizers would like to reach out in the community and offer love and support. They say isolation and quarantine can be a very trying time for individuals without support and that's why Effingham's Circle of Care was started. This project will allow individuals to reach out for non-emergency needs; a caring call, prayer, a grocery pick-up, or whatever needs they may have.

Organizers say, "We will do our best to assist however we can. Our goal is to ensure those facing challenges due to COVID19 feel loved in our community." The organizers say, "Together, we can make a difference and show up for people in Effingham. We're in this together."
