The City of Altamont has announced plans to close City offices to the public due to COVID-19.

Beginning Wednesday, the office of the City of Altamont will be closed to the public until further notice. Customers may utilize the drop box for payments, or staff will be available by phone to assist you.

Council meetings and public hearings will continue, however, they are being held in the community room at the Municipal Building to accommodate social distancing.

Altamont City Clerk Sarah Stephen and other Altamont city officials are asking that everyone fight the pandemic by wearing your mask and distancing.
