115 New Positive Cases in Effingham County for Weekend

Effingham County Health Department received notice of 115 new positive cases of Coronavirus Disease from Saturday through Monday.

There were 11 cases on Saturday, 55 cases on Sunday, and 49 cases on Monday.

Saturday's cases included an infant male, a male in his 20s and two males in their 60s, as well as a female in her 20s, two females in their 50s, and females in their 60s, 70s, 80s and 90s.

Sunday's cases included three males under age 10, one male in his teens, three males in their 20s, two in their 30s, one in his 40s, five in their 50s, three in their 60s, two in their 70s, three in their 80s, and one in his 90s, as well as two females in their teens, three in their 20s, five in their 30s, nine in their 40s, four in their 50s, four in their 60s, two in their 80s, and two in their 90s.

Monday's cases included two males under age 10, one in his teens, one in his 20s, seven in their 30s, six in their 40s, five in their 50s, four in their 60s, and one in his 70s, as well as a female under age 10, three in their teens, two in their 20s, one in her 30s, seven in their 40s, one in her 50s, four in their 60s, and three in their 70s.

Statewide, there were 10,573 new cases reported on Monday.
