St. Elmo School Board Approves Modifications to District's Back to School Plan

St. Elmo school board members Tuesday approved proposed modifications to the district's back to school plan. 

The modifications were proposed by the St. Elmo Education Association, which represents the district's teaching staff.

The modifications are in effect through November 27, when it will be revisited pending state guidelines.

The Board also amended the district's school calendar to include a remote learning planning day on September 14, and approved changes to the school calendar to reflect changes in the back to school plan.

The St. Elmo board approved Hailey Wright as volunteer assistant junior high softball coach, and employed Daniel Tacker as substitute custodian.
