2,325 New COVID-19 Cases

The Illinois Department of Public Health Saturday announced 2,325 new cases of coronavirus disease in the state. The report includes 111 additional deaths.

69 of the deaths were from Cook County.

There were no new positive cases in area counties.

Currently, IDPH is reporting a total of 76,085 cases, including 3,349 deaths, in 98 counties in Illinois.

More than 16,000 cases were processed.
