Preliminary hearings are scheduled for May 20 for Christopher Glass of Mason and Aaron Kaiser of Beecher City, charged in the death of Kimberly Mattingly.

(GLASS)

The 36-year-old Glass faces three counts of murder for allegedly shooting Mattingly on Kaiser's property on April 6. Both are charged with concealment of homicidal death for allegedly burying Mattingly on Kaiser's property following the shooting.

Both had brief court appearances Tuesday morning, the first while being represented by legal counsel; Public Defender Scott Schmidt for Glass, and Conflicts Public Defender Lucas Mette for Kaiser.

(KAISER)

Mette indicated he would be seeking a reduction in the $750,000 bond for Kaiser. Glass is being held on $5 million bond.

No trial dates have been set in either case.
