Dieterich School Board Sets Fees for Coming Year

Dieterich school board members Tuesday decided on fees for the coming school year.

Lunch and breakfast prices were raised by a nickel to maintain lunch price equity per state guidelines.

The Board also approved free admission for Dieterich students to ballgames if they are wearing Dieterich clothing.

Board members voted to renew membership in the Illinois Elementary School Association for the coming year; accepted the 2020 Illinois Secretary of State library grant of $750; and placed potential Board policy changes on file until the May meeting.

The Board also approved high school basketball activities for the summer, as well as summer camps for boys and girls basketball, softball and volleyball.
