County Clerk's Office Seeking College Students as Election Judges, Finalizing Plans for Tuesday's Election

Tomorrow is Primary Election Day in Illinois, and Effingham County Clerk Kerry Hirtzel is seeking college students who might be willing to work as election judges for the day.
