Teutopolis village board members decided to hold off acting on sewer rates until they also review water rates.

The Board did discuss changes to the sewer ordinance, but held off on enacting new rates until they also could look at the water rates. The ordinance had run out as far as a schedule of rate increases. Once agreement is reached on rates for both sewer and water, action on the measures will be scheduled.

The Board approved a replat on two lots in Prairie View Subdivision, and voted to spend $52,500 for the design phase of a new village hall, and also $3,500 in expenditures for civil design work by Conner and Conner Engineers.
