Teutopolis school board members this week learned that the Phase One addition to the high school building should be ready for use for the second semester.

Board members heard that the furniture for the addition has been received and the last bit of tiling work should be completed before the end of the year.

The Board adopted a new high school Math textbook, switching from Saxon to McGraw-Hill, and also adopted the tax levy for the new fiscal year that is 4.96% above what was actually extended in taxes this past year.

The Board also accepted the resignation of Cassandra Carpenter as high school library aide and hired her as high school technology specialist and as high school boys track coach.
