Matters of Evidence Reviewed in Medina Espinosa Hearing

A hearing was held this week for the suspect in the shooting death of Effingham County native Stacia Hollinshead.

Hollinshead's former husband, Ulisses Medina Espinosa is charged with first degree intentional homicide. The incident occurred at the home of Medina Espinosa's parents in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin.

Various items of evidence were reviewed during this week's hearing; most were approved for inclusion in the trial, others were rejected.

Medina Espinosa is due to go on trial February 10, 2020. He remains in custody under $2 million bond.
