Johnny and June's Has a New Name

A Flora entertainment venue has a new name.

The business formerly known as Johnny and June's is now Venue 720.

The name change is the result of a complaint filed against the business by the John R Cash Revocable Trust in order to protect its trademarks and rights of publicity related to Johnny and June Carter Cash.

The change of name was effective November 15. There will be no other change in the Flora business' operation.

The action against the former Johnny and June's was filed in August. The settlement is amicable with both parties saying the case is settled.
