Neoga Partnership for Progress hosted the fifth annual Sooeyfest fall festival, held at Jennings Park. After its beginnings in downtown Neoga, the celebration shifted last year to the Jennings Park pavilion.

Neoga Partnership for Progress President Dustin White said, "NPP is greatly appreciative of Neoga Park District's willingness to not only grant use of its facility, but also for its efforts in helping prepare the space each year during the leadup to Sooeyfest. To show that appreciation, the NPP Board recently voted to present Neoga Park District with a $1,000 gift."

White added, "NPP is confident the park district will put this money to good use and is excited to be able to parlay the success of its community-oriented events, like Sooeyfest, into contributions to other local organizations whose work benefits the people of Neoga."
