Two People Killed in Crash On Route 32 at Bruce-Findlay Road

Two people were killed in a crash Friday afternoon on Illinois Route 32 at the Bruce-Findlay Road.

A SUV collided with a Sullivan School district school bus. The driver of the SUV and a grade school passenger on the bus from the Sullivan school district were killed in the collision.

Illinois State Police said the crash occurred just after 3:30pm Friday, and say the SUV drove into the path of the bus.

The intersection is the same location as in 2017 when a minivan struck a Teutopolis school district bus headed to a boys basketball game. No one was killed in that crash, but a number of players and coaches on the bus were injured.
