Nominations Being Sought Til Sunday for 2019 Wheels to Prosper

Probst Auto Body, Webster Tire & Auto Service, Teutopolis Auto Sales and CW Motorsports are teaming up once again in the nation-wide Wheels to Prosper event on September 14. 

The Wheels to Prosper initiative was started by shop owners who are changing the reputation and quality of service in the automotive repair and service industries. The Wheels to Prosper initiative awards a worthy and deserving person from the community a car that has been fully serviced and in good working condition.

This year’s event is scheduled to take place on September 14 from 11am to 1pm at Save a Lot located at 101 North Keller Dr. in Effingham. This year, the organizers are giving away one car along with a gift certificate for maintenance and repairs to be used at Teutopolis Tire and Auto. Join the celebration and enjoy food, games, and bounce houses in addition to the car give-away.

The public isinvited this special event. The recipient is not made aware that they have won until the announcement at the event.  Likewise, the nomination letters that share their passionate stories of dedication to our community are always an emotional part of the surprise. It truly is a life-changing event.

Nominations for the 2019 event are currently being accepted until the deadline of September 1. To nominate an individual, please submit to EffinghamCountyWheelsToProsper@gmail.com or by mail to any of the the participating businesses.
