Phase 3 of Jefferson Avenue Underway

Phase 3 of the Jefferson Avenue reconstruction project downtown is now underway.

The contractor today opened Jefferson between Banker Street and 5th Street including the 5th Street intersection.

4th Street will be closed at the intersection with Jefferson Avenue. Sidewalks along Jefferson Avenue and around the 4th Street intersection will remain open utilizing temporary ramps and crosswalks.

City Parking Lot 7 at the corner of Jefferson and 4th Street will have a temporary exit onto 4th Street during Phase 3.
