A reminder that the Effingham Sunset Community Celebration will take place this evening.

The free event for Effingham area residents is scheduled from 6:00 to 8:00 tonight on the east parking lot of Effingham Public Library at 200 North 3rd Street.

It's an opportunity to meet your local law enforcement, telecommunicators, firefighters, EMS, military and more. The event is hosted by Effingham Police Department and community agencies.
