Overflow Crowd Enjoys Josh Turner at Fair

What was perhaps the largest crowd ever at the Effingham County Fair enjoyed a performance by country singing star Josh Turner Friday night.

Tickets were all but gone early Friday afternoon. Turner didn't disappoint, singing all of his many hits including "Why Don't We Just Dance", "Firecracker", "Time is Love" and his signature song, "Long Black Train". 

Fair officials created a party pass that allowed fans to gather in front of the stage. The move resulted in a sea of people there, as well as in a sold-out grandstand.
