Phillip Phillips Completes DuQuoin Fair Stage Lineup

The Du Quoin State Fair Grandstand lineup is now full with the addition of singer-songwriter Phillip Phillips. The Georgia-bred 28-year old will bring his soulful vocals to the stage Friday, August 30th.

Since releasing his five-time-platinum debut single “Home” in spring 2012, Phillips has released two chart-topping albums and taken his expansive brand of earthy, guitar fueled rock to stages across the globe. His first full-length effort, The World from the Side of the Moon, went platinum after debuting at #4 on the Billboard Top 200. In 2014 his second album, Behind the Light, offered up the lead folk-rock radio hit “Raging Fire.”

“We have been working hard to fill this final headliner spot for months, said Du Quoin State Fair Manager, Josh Gross. “Being able to book a musician like Phillip Phillips really rounds out a great seven days of musical talent on the grandstand stage.”
