Consolidated Reports All Service Has Been Restored from Tuesday's Incident

Good news for Consolidated Communications customers in the south part of Effingham; all service has been restored.

Consolidated's Director of Corporate Communications Sarah Greider reported Friday afternoon, "I wanted to let you know all service has been restored following Tuesday’s damage to our cabinet. Consolidated Communications technicians and contractor crews worked around the clock from Tuesday mid-day through Friday to repair the damaged cables.

All customers should be in service now. However, if a customer who was impacted by the outage is still without service they should contact 844-YOUR-CCI."
