Pritzker that all person or entities covered by the Illinois Flag Display Act are to fly the flags at half-staff in honor of Deputy Sheriff Jacob Keltner of the McHenry County Sheriff's Department and Godfrey Fire Protection District Capt. You are asked to immediately lower the US flags and the State flags at all buildings until Sunset Tuesday, March 12 for Capt. Ringering and until Wednesday, March 13 for Deputy Keltner.

Deputy Keltner was killed in the line of duty during an incident last week, while Capt. Ringering was fatally injured while fighting a fire.
