Effingham Zoning Board Approves Variance for Billboard

The Effingham City Zoning Board of Appeals Tuesday approved a request for a variance regarding a billboard.
Tony Sandschafer of Sandschafer Electric requested the variance permitting the billboard, which will be on the west edge of the Sandschafer Electric property along Illinois Route 33.
A variance is needed for any sign located off-premise, or a billboard.
