Summit Township Accident Injures Effingham Man

A car driven by Cory J. Osborn, 19 of Effingham was eastbound on State Highway 33 1/2 mile West of 1200th St in Summit Township at 10:50 Wednesday morning. He lost control of the vehicle and left the roadway to the north, or left side of the road, and came to rest down a large embankment.

Osborn was injured and taken to HSHS St. Anothony's Memorial Hospital for treatment of his injuries.

Osborn was ticketed for Failure to Reduce Speed to Avoid the Accident.
