March Jury Trial Date in Feldkamp Shooting Death

A March 12 trial date has been set in the Macon County murder trial of Keirsean Bond, the man charged with the shooting death of Todd Feldkamp of Effingham.

The 26-year-old Bond faces five counts of murder and one count of armed robbery related to the discharge of a firearm. Feldkamp's body was found in the backyard of a Decatur home on November 18. Another Effingham man was wounded in the incident, but he has recovered from his wounds.

Decatur police were called to the home after receiving a report that shots had been fired and found Feldkamp dead and the other Effingham man wounded.

Bond is still being held in Macon County Jail.
