The Effingham Noon Rotary Club took their meeting on the road August 30, touring Accuracy Firearms in Effingham.

Kurt Davis and Levi Slater, who co-own the business with Bill Frese and Clarence Funneman, shared a slide show presentation on the business and then presented a tour of the facility on South Raney Street in the Effingham Business Park.

Scott Mosher served as Rotary weekly program chairman.

Davis and Slater said men and women are using the facility, which includes retail sales as well as indoor firing ranges for various types of weapons. Davis said those with no prior experience with weapons are actually the easiest to train.
