Prison Time for St. Elmo Man

A St. Elmo man has been sentenced to prison time in Fayette County Circuit Court.

21-year-old Jesse D. Horn pled guilty Thursday to a count of unlawful delivery of methamphetamine. Judge William Becker sentenced Horn to five years in prison.

The sentence will be served concurrent with a five-year term given Horn for escape. The charge stems from Horn's failure to return from a furlough.

Attorneys for both sides agreed to seek drug treatment for Horn during his time in prison.
