Some buildings on the Indiana State University campus in Terre Haute were evacuated Friday afternoon after a phoned-in bomb threat.

The university police department received a phone call at 11:25am that a bomb would go off at 11:35am.

The bomb was supposed to have been located in the Science Building. That building and neighboring buildings were evacuated and searched, but nothing was found.

Several searches were made of the buildings using bomb-sniffing canines.

The buildings were reopened about 3pm.
