Mislich Court Appearance Scheduled Tuesday

A court appearance is scheduled Tuesday for former Altamont resident, Stephen B. Mislich.

Mislich is charged with one count of identity theft, five counts of extortion, three counts of harassment, two counts of producing child pornography and one count of distributing child pornography.

A decision to postpone Mislich's trial to September 28 was reached in US District Court in Benton. A final pretrial was scheduled for today.

Mislich is accused of hacking into online accounts for nude photos that allegedly led to attempts to harass and extort those who posted the photos into providing additional photos. He remains in custody.
