Second Filing for Park Board; Filings Also for Lake Land Board

Incumbent Ron Mietzner has filed for another term on the Effingham Park Board.

Mietzner joins challenger Carla Utz as candidates for the six-year term on the Park Board.

Two people have also filed for seats on the Lake Land College Board of Trustees.

Those who have filed are newcomer Gregory Yount of Mattoon and incumbent Gary Cadwell of Mode.

In addition to Cadwell's term, the term of Carl Hart of Shelbyville will be filled in the April election.
