Numerous area teams are sending athletes to the Class 1A and Class 2A State boys and girls track meets which will be held this Friday and Saturday at EastSide Centre in East Peoria.<\/p>\n

Friday, the general public gate will open at 9:30 a.m. with the parade of athletes taking place at 10:15 a.m.<\/p>\n

Field events will start at 11 a.m. and running events at 1:15 p.m.<\/p>\n

Saturday action begins at 7:30 a.m. with the gate opening. The parade of athletes will take place at 8:20 a.m.<\/p>\n

Running events will begin at 9 a.m. and field event finals begin at 9:30 a.m.<\/p>\n
