Effingham Junior High School competed at the Robinson Invitational Friday.<\/p>\n

The seventh-grade girls and the eighth-grade boys finished first overall for the Mustangs.<\/p>\n

Eighth-grader C. Emmerich broke the pole vault school reocrd with a jump of 8 feet, 6 inches. The old record was 8-5.<\/p>\n
