Mattoon Fire and Police Department members extricated both women from the room.<\/p>\n<p>A SUV ran off Lafayette Avenue East and came to rest inside the north wall of the building. The driver and sole occupant of the vehicle, 54-year-old Curtis A. Meadows, was listed as alert and responsive. Mattoon police arrested Meadows for suspicion of Aggravated DUI.<\/p>\n<p>Mattoon Police and Fire were assisted in the incident by Lake Land Police Department, Charleston Fire Department, Coles County Sheriff&#8217;s Office, and the Coles County Coroner&#8217;s Office.
