The building will be added at the home of Charles and Allison Schumacher at 1208 Hidden Hills Drive.<\/p>\n<p>The Board denied a request for a variance allowing a front yard swimming pool.\u00a0 Isaac Thomas requested the variance for property at 1008 Oakridge Drive. Concerns over safety, aesthetics and property values were cited by board of appeals members in denying the request.<\/p>\n<p>City Planner Greg Koester also asked for input from board members on issues related to the 2050 Comprehensive Plan project. Koester cited the accessory building issue on Tuesday&#8217;s agenda, and suggested consideration to consider a ratio to lot size for variance requests.
